For the past 20 years, he has worked extensively in asset administration, management and recovery, and litigation support matters. He has been a Chapter 11 Federal Bankruptcy Trustee with cases in several Districts of Florida, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Eastern District of California, just to name a few. Jerry is a licensed CPA in the states of Florida and New York. He is certified in financial forensics (CFF) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.  Mr. McHale’s professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association (SWFBPA).
